Physical products (cards, fusers, accessories)<\/h3>\n<h4>\u2713 Accepted return cases<\/h4>\n<p>We accept returns <strong>only<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>documented manufacturing defect<\/strong> in the product on arrival<\/li>\n<li>The product arrives <strong>damaged<\/strong> due to a manufacturing defect<\/li>\n<li>The product doesn't match its product page description due to an error on our side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u2717 Cases not eligible for return<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product after purchase<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation<\/li>\n<li>Products that have been opened and used without a manufacturing defect<\/li>\n<li>Orders that were customized or programmed at the customer's request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Return conditions<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The defect must be reported within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product<\/li>\n<li>Attach <strong>photos or a video<\/strong> that clearly show the defect<\/li>\n<li>The product must be in its original packaging with all its contents<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of a documented manufacturing defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\ud83d\udc9a Our commitment in case of a manufacturing defect<\/h4>\n<p>If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we at <strong>DMA Saudi<\/strong> cover all of the following costs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2713 <strong>Return shipping fees<\/strong> in full<\/li>\n<li>\u2713 <strong>Payment gateway fees<\/strong> (Tabby, Tamara, and others) with nothing deducted from the customer<\/li>\n<li>\u2713 <strong>Product replacement<\/strong> or a full refund, whichever the customer prefers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h3>2. Digital products (firmware, subscriptions, activations)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No returns or refunds are accepted<\/strong> on digital products after activation or delivery<\/li>\n<li>The purchase is final once it is completed and the digital product is delivered<\/li>\n<li>If there is a technical problem on our side, we provide the necessary tech support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h3>3. Order cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>An order can be canceled <strong>only before it ships<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled<\/li>\n<li>If an order is canceled after payment, <strong>Payment gateway fees<\/strong> (Tabby, Tamara, and others) are charged to the customer, since we can't recover them \u2014 <em>except in cases of a documented manufacturing defect<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h3>4.
